City Plan recently assisted with securing development consent from the City of Sydney for an upgrade of an existing warehouse on Burrows Road, Alexandria. With recent major transport upgrades in the area such as the M8, existing stock will increase in demand and this proposal is well suited to capture the likely increase in interest. It also provides an opportunity to significantly enhance the streetscape appearance in this locality.
