City Plan is proud to have worked with Stephen Pearse to secure DA approval for the refurbishment and extension of the Wollondilly Shire Hall in Picton. The works involve reinstating the historic use of the building as a place of civic administration, with a new rear extension that will provide the community with a new multi-purpose space that will support arts, culture, and community events.

Congratulations to Wollondilly Shire Council. This approval is an exciting milestone which signals the beginning of the revitalisation of the Picton Town Centre and we look forward to seeing works progress in the coming months.
