Sue Francis is a qualified town planner with over 40 years’ professional experience in both local government and the private sector in New South Wales & the United Kingdom. She has worked at executive levels at Woollahra, North Sydney & Warringah Councils, where her expertise in planning policy, statutory planning, regulatory, structural & organisational reform has seen her appointed to several significant Local and State Government determination and advisory panels.
Sue is a Registered Planner and Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia as well as a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. She is a State Member of the Sydney Planning Panels for North & Eastern City; Chair, Wollongong, Georges River & Blacktown Local Planning Panels and Expert Member on Mosman, Camden & Parramatta Local Planning Panels.
Sue has invaluable skills in terms of input and consideration of complex projects and planning issues. These skills relate to the interpretation of planning legislation and its application, approval strategy and also to regulatory and procedural reform.
