City Plan’s Adam Kennedy has written a feature article, “Singapore and its lessons for public housing”, in this month’s edition of New Planner magazine. Adam’s insight comes from first hand experience after he was awarded the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s New Colombo Plan (NCP), and he was able to undertake a year long research scholarship program in the island city.
