City Plan Strategy & Development and Atlas Urban have recently been commissioned by Shoalhaven Council to review building height controls for part of the Ulladulla town centre. The project involved analysing all strategic and statutory planning, environmental and operational factors affecting heights within the centre and holding workshops with the local community and Council. Finding of the review should be available from Council in the near future.
