Overview
The founders of White Bay Brewing Company took over an abandoned industrial warehouse to create and fitout a micro-brewery.
Located in Rozelle and named after the local White Bay Power Station, this unique project was created with the local community in mind, to manufacture and supply craft beer to the local market, retail online platform and wholesale to local hotels.
Development
The development required Complying Development Certification for a change of use of an existing industrial tenancy and commercial fitout to create a micro-brewery with retail and warehousing areas.
Our Involvement
City Plan was engaged as the Principal Certifying Authority and to provide building regulations advice and complying development certification services for all stages of the development.
