Overview
Ex-Zaha Hadid designer Contreras Earl has designed the 4 towers which form The Lanes Residences. With construction now underway, the 42 hectare former dairy farm located in the heart of the Gold Coast is transforming into an exciting new residential development – combining leading architecture with outstanding retail, lifestyle and leisure amenities. the four buildings will embrace the nature contours of lake Unity, offering lakefront, hinterland and Gold Coast skyline views.
Development
The two 10-storey residential unit buildings at the centre of the design feature ground level retail and commercial spaces that will link to the future retail village at The Lanes. While the twp 12-storey buildings will accommodate resident amenities including a pool and terrace area, lounge, sauna, spa and gym. The development will be built over basement car parking and will also include landscaped areas and public recreation spaces along Lake Unity.

City Plan Services has been engaged to provide PCA, Certification and Access services for all stages of the project.
