Overview
Through the redevelopment of the Shellharbour Private Hospital they have presented a new specialist consulting centre with private consulting suites, a hydrotherapy pool and rehabilitation centre with new private patient rooms
The hospital first opened in 1975 and following its continuous expansion it has now been equipped with new medical technology and modern medical, surgical and rehabilitation facilities and equipment.
Development
The redevelopment of the Shellharbour Private Hospital incorporated partial demolition works, alterations and additions, refurbishments, Recovery Redevelopment Fitout, hydrotherapy pool, a new carpark and new signage.
Our Involvement
City Plan Services has been able to provide BCA consulting & certification services for the new carpark, the new Recovery Redevelopment Centre, the internal alterations and additions and the refurbishment works. We provided certification works for the partial demolition and new signage.
