Overview
City Plan is engaged to provide certification services (Construction Certificates and Complying Development Approvals) for a number of high profile project home builders of new residential home builds, secondary dwellings, and knock down rebuild projects across Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter / Maitland regions of NSW.
We work with builders and owners during all stages of pre-commencement and construction to ensure all mandatory inspections are undertaken during construction and the certification process is completed to ensure owners receive an Occupation Certificate in a timely manner once construction is complete.
