Overview
Adaptive reuse of existing heritage listed buildings and construction of new residential apartments and terraces.
Development
Stage 1 – Refurbishment of the existing Flowers Wards to create residential apartments.
Stage 2 – Bay Terraces – construction of forty-six, 2 & 3 storey townhouse development over common single storey basement.
Stage 3 – adaptive reuse of the existing Hefron & Delaney Buildings for residential and construction of 2 multi-unit buildings to create 163 apartments.
