Overview

The Department of Planning & Environment is currently assessing a rezoning application for the redevelopment of a large site within the western end of the Bondi Junction Town Centre.

Development

This project involves amending the site’s planning controls to allow for a high density mixed use development within the Bondi Junction Town Centre, with a maximum height of 38 metres and a 5:1 floor space ratio. This Planning Proposal also proposes the deletion of the site’s heritage classification.

Our Involvement

City Plan Strategy & Development were engaged to provide ongoing strategic planning advice and the preparation of a Planning Proposal to accompany a rezoning application to Waverley Council.
