Overview
Opened in 1978 Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School is located at North Gosford and supports a large area of the Central Coast. The aim of the development is to broaden services and create a high-quality learning environment for students.
Development
Demolition of an existing school building and construction of a new two storey school building including multi-purpose space and library with ancillary storerooms, workroom, resource and reading recovery rooms.
Our Involvement
Our Gosford team was engaged to provide BCA advice and building certification services throughout all stages of construction including:
- Demolition works, excavation, inground services and concrete slab on ground level
- Construction of new structure
- Landscaping & overall fitout
