Construction of two mixed-use towers, comprising hotel and luxurious residential accommodation in addition to an improved public realm enhancing the pedestrian experience at street-level.
Development
BCA Class 6 retail, Class 2 residential, Class 3 hotel. Residential tower – 58 storeys, hotel 32 storeys.
Our Involvement
City Plan Services has been engaged to provide PCA & Certification services for all stages of the project. CPS has also been responsible for Code Compliance inspections and Strata Certification. The design of the building includes numerous performance solutions.
