Overview
City Plan Services has worked with John Colet School over a number of years on various projects within the school to accommodate the growth of the school’s community.
Development
Project 1 – Alterations and additions to an existing building (rebuild following a fire)
Project 2 – Extensions to John Colet House
Project 3 – Alterations and additions to the existing primary school and further educational premises including an upper storey addition to the admin building, covered outdoor learning area, undercover walkway and a new lift.
Our Involvement
City Plan Services was engaged to provide BCA advice and/or building certification for various stages of the school’s development to date.
