Overview
Strategic planning advice & preparation of various DA & Section 96 modifications for new school buildings & increases in student numbers. The approach taken has included a staged DA (concept & Stage 1) for the redevelopment of the school over 5 separate stages, participation in the Oxford Falls Valley & Belrose North Strategic Review & Land & Environment Court appeals.
