Overview

To provide for the existing Georges River community & provide a high- quality community asset that will provide for the existing & emerging population of residents & visitors to the Hurstville City Centre.

Development

This planning proposal seeks to enable the future development of a civic, cultural, community & residential destination on the subject site within the Hurstville City Centre. It will include a range of public benefits including new public plazas, library, gallery, auditorium & theatre space, council chambers & parking for 1.200 cars.

This key community & civic destination will be complimented by new mixed use residential opportunities that will further enhance the vibrancy & vitality of the locality.

Our Involvement

City Plan (formerly TPG) were commissioned by the Georges River Council to prepare a planning proposal & to guide the necessary updates & refinements to the Hurstville Civic Precinct Master Plan. They also prepared the draft Development Control Plan to assist in implementing intended outcomes.
