Opened on 15 th June 2009, Stockland Balgowlah represents the retail component of Stockland’s mixed use development ‘The Village’ which includes 240 residential apartments that sit directly above the shopping centre, with 700 undercover car parks.

Development

Stockland Balgowlah is a vibrant convenience based shopping escape designed for everyday needs plus that something little bit special, offering a modern and welcoming environment with a diverse range of retail stores completed by warm, quality finishes.

The centre boasts a new look Coles Supermarket and approximately 50 quality speciality stores set over two retail levels. The first level is fully enclosed with a fresh food market and premium speciality stores. The second level hosts a unique open-air plaza consisting of restaurants and services precinct.
