This Development Application was for the construction of a 10-storey shop top housing development.


The proposal includes:

  • Demolition of the existing buildings and structures.
  • Construction of a shop top housing development containing a supermarket, liquor store, 5 specialty stores, 120 apartments and one undercroft and two levels of basement car parking.
  • Internal fitout and use of the supermarket and liquor store.
  • 28 signs and 5 signage zones for future signage.
  • Associated civil infrastructure, public domain and landscape works.
Our Involvement

City Plan prepared the SEE and three accompanying Clause 4.6 Variation Requests to support the DA. This application was approved by the Land and Environment Court, with City Plan providing expert town planning services through the section 34 conference process.
