Overview

Central Park, Sydney is a major mixed use urban renewal development on the former Carlton United Brewery site in Sydney’s CBD. It is intended that the precinct will be a symbol for sustainable high rise living and will include the installation of green rooftops, smart metering and solar powered lighting in public spaces.

Development

The 250,000 square meter development, will contain a number of architect designed buildings, a new urban park, and the retention and reuse of over 32 heritage items currently existing on site.

The first stage of the development includes the award winning residential tower called One Central Park. The tallest building within the development, this building features vertical gardens, a shopping complex within the lower levels and a cantilevered section with a heliostat to provide light to the parkland below. Two further residential towers named The Mark and Park Lane with follow in stages 2 and 3.

The Central Park precinct will also include commercial buildings offering 75,000 square metres of office and retail space and 2 parkland areas.
