Redeveloping the former AGL Gasworks site, the Breakfast Residential Precinct consists of a mix of 2 storey townhouses, low-rise towers, roadways, parklands, cycleways and waterfront walkways.
Fourteen 3-5 storey buildings containing a total of 587 residential apartments, basement car parking and communal facilities have already been completed including the Silkstone Park, Plantations, Harbourside, Catalina and Vermont Precincts. Construction on 6x 2 storey townhouses and a 6 storey tower containing 100 units are due for completion late 2017, and construction will commence on a further 4x 2 storey townhouses will commence early 2017.
City Plan Services has been engaged for all stages of the Breakfast Point development to provide BCA Advice and certification services.
