Overview
The Department of Education & Communities plan to expand & redevelop the Bellevue Hill Public School to ensure there is sufficient long term capacity in the public education system to continue servicing Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Development
The project involves the construction of a new four storey building & the refurbishment of the school’s existing facilities. This development will allow the school to increase its student population from approximately 550 to 1,000 students.
Our Involvement
City Plan Strategy & Development were engaged to provide extensive planning advice & the preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a Crown Development Application to Woollahra Council.
