Development
The development is being constructed in several stages and will include a choice of contemporary villas and community facilities within landscaped grounds. The site will also have a residential care facility with 104 rooms.
Our Involvement
City Plan Services was engaged to provide BCA advice and building certification for all stages of the development to date.
