Mixed use development comprising residential flat buildings with 215 apartments, 6 retail spaces along with basement parking, indoor swimming pool and gymnasium, landscaping, public domain works and subdivision.
Our Involvement
City Plan Services has been engaged to provide PCA & Certification services for all stages of the project. CPS has also been responsible for Code Compliance inspections and Strata Certification. The design of the building includes numerous performance solutions.
