Overview

A new purpose-built, high quality student accommodation complex conveniently located near the entrance to the university and within walking distance to public transport and the CBD.

Development

Demolition of all structures on site and construction of three storey boarding house development containing 39 self contained rooms, manager’s residence, basement car parking for 9 vehicles and 8 motorcycles and ancillary facilities (variation to building height control). The complex also features large communal areas, courtyards and laundry facility.

Our Involvement

City Plan was engaged to provide certification services for all stages of the development including:

  • Bulk excavation, shoring, piling and basement structure;
  • Above ground structure; and
  • Landscaping & overall fitout
