This project consisted of a Development Application for the construction of a luxury, 9-storey residential flat building with three levels of basement car parking. The approved development is within one of Cronulla’s most attractive locations, close to the beach, numerous parks, and a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and local facilities.


The approved development comprises:

  • Demolition of the existing buildings and structures;
  • Construction of a residential flat building comprising 30 residential units;
  • Three basement parking levels with a total of 61 car parking spaces; and
  • Landscaping and public domain works.
Our Involvement

City Plan provided ongoing planning advice and prepared a Development Application, including a Statement of Environmental Effects. Services involved contributing to the development design, advising on technical reports to accompany the application, advising on submission requirements, and presenting to the Sydney South Planning Panel. City Plan also provided expert town planning evidence in the NSW Land & Environment Court.
