Overview
When competed 27-37 Delhi Road, North Ryde will be a family friendly residential precinct adjacent to a public transport hub which will comprise of four buildings of various height framing a newly created urban parkland.
Development
The redevelopment of the former 17,584sqm Global TV Studies site at Delhi road, North Ryde to include a residential precinct of 800 dwellings within 4 buildings over basement car parking, along with public spaces and approximately 1,000sqm of retail.

City Plan Services has been engaged to provide BCA consulting throughout the Design and Development Application process along with PCA & Certification services for all stages of the project.
