Overview
Evolve Housing is one of the largest community housing providers in Australia, providing housing assistance to eligible people on low incomes or who are unable
to access appropriate housing. This new development in Guildford will increase the number of much needed affordable housing in the area.
Development
Demolition of existing single storey fibro cottage, shed and garage to allow for construction of a 4 storey boarding house containing 22 self-contained rooms, basement parking accommodating 6 parking spaces and associated landscaping and communal / public spaces.
Our Involvement
City Plan was engaged to provide certification services for all stages of the development including:
- Bulk excavation, shoring, piling and basement structure;
- Above ground structure; and
- Landscaping & overall fitout
