Demolition of and existing motel building and construction of sixty-four 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments in a complex with six residential flat buildings (five buildings of 3 storeys and one building of 4 storeys), and incorporating inground swimming pool, ancillary pool building and associated landscaping.
