Between 2013 & 2015, City Plan Strategy & Development provided strategic planning advice, regarding the approvals pathway for this significant mixed use development in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We prepared a Stage 1 Concept DA, followed by project management for the architectural design competition for the approved concept. City Plan Strategy & Development subsequently prepared the detailed Stage 2 DA (SEE) & concurrent Section 96(2) Modification Application for the approved concept.
In addition to gaining development approvals CPSD project managed the architectural design competition process. This included the preparation of the Architectural Design Competition Strategy & Brief, co-ordination of jurors & competition entrants, preparation of all relevant correspondence to jurors, entrants & the Council & preparation of the Architectural Design Competition Report at the conclusion of the competition.
