We are excited be expanding and welcome the following people to the City Plan Team…

Planning:

William Wolter has joined the Sydney planning team and Rachael Petherbridge has joined the planning team in Newcastle. Both William and Rachael are Project Planners who have a sound understanding of NSW planning and legislation and have previously worked on a variety of developments across all classes of buildings.

The Sydney team will also welcome Tania Kinane and Claire Ferguson later this month. Tania will join the team in the newly created position of Corporate Strategy and Research and with over 5 years experience in the public sector as a data analyst and working to review/implement new policy and improvement of processes, she will be a valuable addition to the team. While Claire will join the team as a Project Planner with analytical reporting experience for both regional and metropolitan areas.

Building:

Ben Broadbent has joined the building regulations consultants in our Sydney team earlier this month. With over 16 years experience in the construction industry, Ben has a sound understanding of the requirements of the Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and will be responsible for assisting with BCA compliance matters and building certification.

Andrew Robertson has joined the building regulations consultants in our Sydney team this week. With over 5 years experience in the industry, Andrew is a registered building inspector who has a sound understanding of the requirements of the Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and will be responsible for assisting with BCA compliance matters, site inspections and building certification.

Daniel Wallace will join the building regulations consultants in our Sydney team early in May. Daniel is a registered Building Surveyor (unrestricted) with extensive experience in both Queensland and NSW in both the public and private sector. Daniel will join the team as a Senior Building Regulations Consultant and will be responsible for BCA compliance matters, site inspections and building certification across all classes of development.

Gosford:

Our commitment to the training and development of young people and those changing career paths continues with the recent appointment of 2x administration trainees for our Gosford team. Madelen Savka and Sharee Smith will commence their traineeships and work towards attaining their Certificate III in Business Studies over the coming 12 months. Both Madelen and Sharee will support our busy residential certification team.
