Murray Blackburn-Smith has over 25 years practical experience encompassing all facets of statutory and strategic land use planning. His experience includes the management of teams preparing major development proposals, preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects, due diligence reports, Planning Proposal and the preparation & presentation of expert evidence in the NSW Land and Environment Court.

Murray’s involvement covers a wide range of projects in metropolitan, regional and rural areas of NSW including a wide range of development projects across residential, industrial, health, commercial and tourism sectors. Murray’s broad experience in a variety of projects and working within all levels of government and the development industry has provided him with an in depth understanding of the NSW planning system to assist both the Private and Government Sectors.
