Executive Director
Juliet Grant is a respected and experienced planner with 28 years strategic and statutory experience in local and state government and the consulting environment. She has a deep knowledge of the political, policy and legislative environment and an in depth understanding of government processes and how to apply them.
Juliet is a Registered Planner, Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and is currently PIA NSW Division President. She is a State appointed member on the Hunter and Central Coast Regional Planning Panel and alternate member on the Sydney District and Regional Planning Panels. Juliet is also an expert member on four Local Planning Panels (Georges River, Burwood, Hornsby and Hawkesbury).
Juliet is recognised for her ability to deliver quality planning outcomes that are robust and defensible. Her innovative leadership inspires, engages with and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals and deliver business outcomes. She is a convincing communicator, able to collaboratively foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition to her client focused Executive Director role, Juliet is General Manager of our Planning team, responsible for overall staff engagement and management, company administration, budgetary and financial oversight, and systems improvement.
