Jakub is a heritage consultant, archaeologist and geoarchaeologist with over 30 years’ experience in archaeology and heritage management. He has been responsible for the design, management, survey, excavation and post excavation analysis of numerous historical and Aboriginal archaeological projects in NSW, Victoria and WA, under both State and Federal legislative parameters. His archaeological project experience includes housing developments, infrastructure, transport and mining, as well as managing heritage values in national parks and parklands. In addition, he has designed and managed archaeological monitoring and conservation programs in World Heritage Areas and prepared Aboriginal Place nominations on behalf of Traditional Owners.
