City Plan Strategy and Development is proud to have assisted in gaining development approval for a $172m mixed use development in Homebush’s Carter Street Priority Precinct. The approved development includes 421 residential units, 6 neighbourhood shops, extensive landscaping, basement parking and a new road to be dedicated to Council.
