Helen Deegan is a qualified town planner with a diploma in property development as well being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Helen is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and is an expert member on four Local Planning Panels (Bayside, Georges River, Canterbury-Bankstown and Parramatta). In addition, Helen is a member of the NSW Planning Committee of the Urban development Institute of Australia.
Helen has extensive experience and expertise in all types of strategic and statutory planning, including preparation and delivery of SSDA, local development assessment and planning proposals. She provides due diligence, property and development advise, as well as Court expert witness services.
