In 2016, City Plan exhibited a draft long-term Land Use Planning Strategy for the entire suburb of Ourimbah, which included a Masterplan for its Town Centre. We worked closely with Central Coast Council, following their amalgamation, to review and update that based on public feedback. The updated report is now back on exhibition, offering another chance for feedback before being adopted.
