City Plan assisted with securing recent Development Consent for a small lot housing and subdivision development along Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills. The consent allows for 26 dwellings, subdivision, civil works, tree removal and road works. Our planning team provided ongoing planning and design advice, coordinated a Pre-DA meeting, prepared a SEE, and assisted during the course of the DA assessment. The application was approved under delegated authority by The Hills Shire Council. We acknowledge the design and project management services provided by City Projects & Developments for the development, and wish them well in their future endeavours for the site.
