City Plan was pleased to assist in securing development consent for a new childcare centre at Nancarrow Avenue, Shepherds Bay.
The team, including Supercontext Architecture Studio and Road Delay Solutions Pty Ltd, worked creatively to ensure adequate sunlight and ventilation can be delivered to a partially below ground tenancy.
The Development Application was proposed according to the ‘Education SEPP’ and satisfied its merit based controls for simulated outdoor open space.
City Plan was also pleased to collaborate with Ryde Council and the NSW Department of Education in interpreting and implementing the provisions of the new Education SEPP.
