City Plan assisted in securing consent from the Sydney Central City Planning Panel for a concrete crushing facility in Riverstone. The facility, which is Designated Development and Integrated Development, will process up to 90,000 tonnes of material annually. The unique facility will be fully enclosed, minimising environmental impacts and allowing extended operating hours which improves efficiency in an established industrial zone.
Our involvement included preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), as well as representations to the Planning Panel which approved the application unanimously.
