City Plan to undertake town planning services for a major redevelopment of Goulburn Hospital.

City Plan Strategy & Development has recently been commissioned by NSW Health Infrastructure to undertake town planning services for a major redevelopment of Goulburn Hospital. The project involves a four storey acute clinical services building; integration of new building with the existing main hospital building and various associated works that will be undertaken by a combination of a State Significant Development Application and ‘development without consent” – environmental reviews.

Goulburn Hospital is the latest of a number of major hospital projects undertaken by City Plan Strategy & Development, including redevelopments at Gosford, Lismore, Sutherland, Woy Woy and Ryde Public Hospitals and a major private hospital at Gledswood Hills.
