City Plan’s Sue Francis, Juliet Grant, Helen Deegan and Mel Krzus, together with Tina Tang were part of the amazing turn out at today’s Property Council Annual Women in Property lunch, where Magda Szubanski AO talked about the importance of diversity in business. “If you believe in diversity then magic can happen”. She also emphasised the importance of collaboration in the workplace to power innovation, quoting a well-known African Proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. This really sums up our philosophy at City Plan – if you have a great team like we do, you can certainly go the distance!
