It’s great to see the units at 7-9 Greenslope St, Bar Beach (opposite Nesca Park) hit the market. We were proud to support this design by EJE Architecture and Terras Landscape Architects for 9 three-bedroom apartments. The approval relied on a 13% variation to the building height standard, but offers a great outcome by bringing more medium density housing with high quality outdoor space to such a popular location.
