City Plan formed part of a team which recently secured Development Consent for a residential apartment development at Bowden Street, Meadowbank. The proposal allows for 43 dwellings and 2 basement parking levels. Our planners prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for the proposal, as well as a 4.6 exception request as some portions of the envelope breached the height plane due to the site’s gradient. City Plan also presented the proposal to the Ryde Local Planning Panel. We would like to acknowledge and thank the entire team assisting with the project including Robertson & Marks Architects, Holdmark project managers, and ACE engineers.

We are particularly pleased to have continued involvement in the transformation of Meadowbank from a former industrial estate into a mixed use community.
