We are pleased to have been a part of the team that recently secured planning approval for Leda Holdings new multi-million dollar warehouse and self-storage development in the industrial area of Banksmeadow, south of Sydney. The location is adjacent to growing strategic centre of Eastgardens and Sydney’s main trade gateways of Port Botany and Sydney Airport.

In July this year the Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel considered and approved the development, which will provide more flexibility and choice for warehouse and storage offerings in the locality. These facilities have been designed by WMK Architecture, with optimal business functionality and practicality in mind.

The Panel gave consideration to the visual impact of the development, especially along Wentworth Avenue, and sought a compromised position on the total car parking rate to better manage traffic and transport issues.
