Congratulations to Waverley Council on securing approval for the adaptive reuse of the heritage listed Boot Factory building in Bondi Junction. City Plan is proud to have worked with Archer Office on this project which will restore the existing 1890s Boot Factory for use as a community centre in conjunction with the adjoining Mill Hill Centre. The approved works also include upgrades to Norman Lee Place which will transform the site and create a new ‘ Civic Innovation Hub’ for the local community.
