We are thrilled to have secured approval from the Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel for the adaptive re-use of the heritage-listed Boot Factory in Bondi Junction!
Proposing alterations to permit the re-use of the site in conjunction with the Mill Hill Community Centre, the proposal will see the restoration of the previously derelict Boot Factory.
It was great to work with Archer Office and consider key issues such as the heritage value of the building, public domain improvements and landscaping. We look forward to seeing the Boot Factory become a renewed and vibrant place in Bondi Junction!
