Principal
Adam has over 22 years’ experience in the building industry with 16 years as a building surveyor and registered certifier in both the public and private sector. He offers extensive experience and expertise in building regulations, fire upgrade strategies on existing buildings, building certification, accessibility and compliance matters across all classes of building developments.
Adam has also been engaged to prepare and present expert BCA, Fire and Accessibility evidence to local courts and the Land & Environment Court of NSW. Adam has worked extensively on developments involving the use of alternative solutions to meet the performance requirements of the BCA, involving negotiations with key stakeholders to facilitate necessary construction approvals.
Adam also has building certification experience nationally and has held registration in New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia & Tasmania. He has facilitated the rollout of national construction projects across Australia and has assisted clients negotiate the different certification requirements across the varying jurisdictions.
