City Plan, in partnership with Envisage, has just been selected by Penrith City Council to prepare a Rural Lands and Villages Study. This will consider rural planning issues for the City in detail for first time in over a decade and will assist Council in reviewing and updating planning controls (LEP and DCP) to provide more balanced outcomes in rural areas, giving effect to the directions set out in the Western City District Plan and incorporating local aspirations. We look forward to working with Council on this important project.
