Bowden Brae Independent Living community offers a range of independent living options for our ageing community. Uniting Care now plan to redevelop part of the existing seniors living development in order to extend the services available to residents.
Designed by PTW Architects, this project involves the redevelopment of part of the existing seniors living development known as “Bowden Brae” for the purpose of new, contemporary care independent and serviced living units for seniors and on-site support services.
City Plan Strategy & Development have been engaged to provide strategic planning advice & preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany staged Development Applications (concept and Stage 2) & a S96(2) application to modify the approved concept.
CPSD also prepared a submission on behalf of UCA to the draft Hornsby LEP in relation to the zoning of the site & has recently prepared the Stage 2 DA & S96(2) modification application for the approved concept development at Bowden Brae.
