Located in Green Square, the proposal was to redevelop a large industrial site integrating a new mix of buildings through a well-considered hierarchy of open spaces and streets. The proposal will integrate the site with the surrounding road system & the open space system has been designed to be consistent with long term plans under Council’s Public Domain Plans for Green Square and to maintain opportunities for connections with future potential development on the site to the west.
